Caring for your organic fabric and the planet
Organic fabrics can last for many years provided they have the right care. Organic fabrics are not treated with chemicals during the manufacturing process, so they don’t have the same protection against heat as other fabrics. So please follow the washing instructions carefully with organic fabrics to help save them from excessive shrinkage (while also helping protect our environment).
- Wash organic fabrics at low temperatures (the best first wash is a cold wash)
- Use only a gentle wash cycle
- Wash dark and light colours separately
- Use mild or non-perfumed detergents where possible
- Don’t tumble dry – just hang your organic fabrics on the line to dry naturally (this also saves energy and your hard earned money!)
- Don’t bleach the fabric, this can cause weakening and discolouration.

We usually despatch our items via Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service. Parcels will usually take between 3-9 working days (Monday to Friday) to reach you. Please note that delivery to non-mainland UK destinations may take up to 14 working days. We may use alternative delivery services from time to time.

You are welcome to pick up your items for free from Ashill Community Centre (Hale Road, IP25 7AX); just select that option at the online checkout and we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time for you to collect your items (daylight hours only).
We also offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY to the Norfolk villages of Ashill, Saham Toney, Saham Hills, North Pickenham, South Pickenham, Holme Hale and Necton. Use coupon code LOCAL at the online checkout on our website.
