Returns
Returns of items purchased via our website are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
We hope you love your purchase but you can you return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused and returned in their original packaging and otherwise subject to our Terms and Conditions).
You are welcome to exchange your item(s) (subject to payment of postage for those new items).
We cannot accept returns of bespoke or personalised items unless they are faulty.
Faulty Items
We make every effort to ensure your items reach you in tiptop condition but in the rare case that you find a fault with your item within 30 days, please Contact Us and let us know. We can then discuss with you the best way forward. Although we will refund any second class postage on the returned items once received by us, you are responsible for ensuring the items arrive safely back to us, so please obtain proof of postage.
Items purchased from our Stockists
Item(s) purchased from our stockists should be returned to the relevant stockist who will advise of their returns policy.
